These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the provision of digital and performance marketing services (the "Services") by Book Your Brands ("we," "us," or "our") to the client ("you" or "your"). By engaging our Services, you agree to these Terms.

• Limitation of Liability: Book Your Brands shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to the Services provided. This includes but is not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
• No Warranty: We make no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the outcomes or effectiveness of the Services provided.

Modifications: Book Your Brands reserves the right to modify these Terms or any guidelines related to the Services at any time, with or without prior notice. Your continued use of our Services following any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Confidential Information: Any strategies, methodologies, or recommendations provided by Book Your Brands are proprietary and confidential. You agree not to disclose, share, or disseminate such information to any third party without our express written consent.

• Account Access: Access to your account will be limited to you and Book Your Brands. If your account is shared with any third party without our explicit authorization, it will be deemed a breach of contract. Book Your Brands will not be liable for any consequences arising from such unauthorized access.
• Policy Changes: Should access to your account be blocked or restricted due to policy changes by the respective company, Book Your Brands shall not be held responsible for any disruptions or losses resulting from such actions.

• Termination for Breach: We reserve the right to terminate our Services immediately if you breach any of these Terms. In such cases, you will not be entitled to any refunds for fees paid.
• Voluntary Termination: You may terminate our Services at any time by providing written notice. We will not be liable for any fees or losses incurred as a result of such termination.

Client Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Book Your Brands from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of our Services or any breach of these Terms.

Jurisdiction: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vasai Court. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Vasai Court.

Integration: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Book Your Brands regarding the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, and representations, whether written or oral.

• One-Time Services: 100% payment is required in advance, with any additional payment due upon delivery of tasks.
• Monthly Services: Billing for monthly services will follow a cycle from the 1st to the 31st of each month, with invoices issued in the first week of the following month. Payment for the first three months must be made upfront at the time of signup.

Rework Policy: Book Your Brands reserves the right to deny rework if it does not meet the standards or policies defined by the respective company or platform. If the client insists on proceeding with rework that does not meet these standards, it will be deemed the client's responsibility.
